We stand behind everything we sell, and following the recent circumstances pertaining to Covid-19, there will be no exchanges of any kind. Due to the nature of our product, all designs hand made and made to order, refunds will be issued in the form of store credit, within seven business days of purchase.

TIALANI's Satisfaction Guarantee policy does not cover wear and tear caused by improper use or accidents.

What is not Returnable?

• Items without a TIALANI store receipt.

• Items with removed tag or items missing their original packaging.

• If you change your mind about your order after it has been produced and/or fulfilled.

• Damaged Items.

• Gift Cards Returns: No cancellations or refunds on the purchase of a gift card.

• Items marked as final sale. (E.g. Sales)
