Are masks mandatory?

Masks must be worn upon collection and delivery.

What is our new exchange policy ?

We stand behind everything we sell, however following the recent circumstances, there will be no exchanges of any kind. Due to the nature of our product, all designs made to order, refunds will be issued in the form of store credit, within seven business days of purchase.

What safety measure will TIALANI be taking before, during, and after production?

 We follow all necessary steps to ensure the safety of not only ourselves but our customers. This includes the daily sanitization of all equipment (periodically throughout the day), washing of hands and material.
