RENTAL POLICY
The Shaggani Set is an exclusive avant-garde garment created from the fabric remnants of the Grounded collection. Due to its artistic and one-of-a-kind nature, this piece is available for rental only and is not available for purchase under any circumstances.
RENTAL PERIOD
The rental period for the Shaggy Bear Piece is 12 hours only.
The rental period begins at the agreed collection or delivery time and must be returned within the 12-hour window.
CONDITION AND CARE
The garment must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
The renter is responsible for ensuring the piece is handled with care, considering the delicate and handcrafted nature of the design.
The garment must not be altered, modified, or cleaned by the renter.
DAMAGE OR LOSS
Any damage, excessive wear, staining, or loss of components (including fabric strips or detailing) will result in repair or replacement fees determined by TIALANI.
In the event the garment is lost, severely damaged, or not returned, the renter will be responsible for the full replacement value of the piece.
LATE RETURNS
Failure to return the garment within the 12-hour rental period may result in additional late fees.
